It's possible.: Unusual to be strep without a sore throat, but possible. Stuffy nose and congested ears go against strep, but there may be more than one process involved such as a virus or allergies plus strep. If able, good to rule it out with a throat swab and influenza with a nasal swab clinic test in an urgent care center so you can be treated.
