Pimples: You have adolescent acne and you are exhibiting a normal course where as pimples heal new ones can crop up. Try using benzoyl peroxide for 4-6 weeks. If no improvement consult a dermatologist

Patience: Acne is a chronic condition, so you need to be patient. Just continue daily care to keep skin as good as possible. Wash face 3x/day with mild soap. Apply benzoyl peroxide at night daily. If not good enough, see doctor to consider prescription meds.
