Sore anus after diar: sore anus and bleeding after diarrhea not uncommon and usually associated with irritation of hemorrhoids as a result of diarrhea. Over the counter remedy would be Preparation H (red label with hydrocortisone) twice daily up inside the rectum for 7 days. Of course if diarrhea continues, contact your doc.
