Neck mass: It all depends. You have not provided any information about yourself, not even your age let alone any medical history which makes it impossible to provide you with a relevant response. We dont know where on the neck the mass is, is it first or fluctuant?, is it warm to touch? do you have any mouth infections or recent cold? it may be a congenital cyst that has collected or a reactive node etc,
