See your doctor: prolonged bleeding with clots can be due to a number of problems. Blood work, pelvic examination, ultrasound may need to be done.

See your doctor!: This is too complex to answer in this format. You really need to se an OB/GYN. WIth this much bleeding you need blood tests, exam and then some type of treatment, whether medicines or surgery.
