The top part of my left breast towards my cheat area is very sore and has been. it hurts when i push in on it to feel it and sometimes it will throb ?

Depends: Depending on duration and proximity to your period......Can be hormone related, fibroadenoma, simple tissue injury.

Exam needed: For this persistently painful and tender area of your breast,you need to be examined by your physician to determine the cause and treatment. An inflammation/and or infection are concerns especially if there is associated redness. Apply heat and contact your physician.
