Kidney: Glycerine sup does not damage kidneys. And glycerine is a simple lubricant for the intestin. But some fleet enemas (sodium bisphosphate) containing phosphates are discouraged in patients with kidney failure or insufficiency as the increase the serum level of phosphates to a non desirable level.
