I'm trying to conceive, but it seems i can't?

Things to consider: There are several things to consider here. Doctors do not even think about infertility until someone has been trying to conceive for over a year without success. This means that you have been having sex regularly around your time of ovulation for over a year without a resulting pregnancy. If you have not been trying that long be patient. If you have, see your doctor for an exam and labs.

Infertility eval: After 12 months of trying an extensive work up is warranted. 3 tests needed: 1. Semen analysis 2. Ovulation blood test via a day 21 Progesterone 3. Hsg xray to make sure tubes are open. Any obgyn or fertility specialist can do this.
