Count backwards: If the estimated due date is June 27, counting back 38 weeks gives an ESTIMATED conception date of Oct. 6, plus or minus 1 week. In a natural pregnancy, it is impossible to know when conception happened... meaning nobody ever knows the exact day that the sperm met the egg. That is only knowable if fertilized in the lab.
