No: I would probably err on the side of still buying Propranolol, albeit 10 mg tablets, and take 4 of them to get to your recommended dose of 40 mg. That is more likely to be what your body is used to, rather than switching to another beta-blocker with different pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics.
