What causes a knot between front pads of the bottom of my foot that make it feel like i'm walking on a golf ball?

Deep or superficial?: HI! If superficial ( within or on skin ), can be a focal callous, IPK ( intractable plantar keratosis - not contagious ), wart are most common. If deep within or below skin can be an abscess, cyst, hematoma ( blood bruise ). Other possibility can be a fibroma. These are the most common things.
