No: Nobody is supposed to be throwing things nor punching in walls when angry. We (each new generation of people) are trying to build a better, civilized society here. Patients who get mad quickly, and hit people or damage things, may have the disorder called Intermittent Explosive Disorder. People with IED need medication and therapy, in order to not be a harmful risk to their families and community.
