Pain: Pains which last as little as 1 second are almost never something of serious import. There are many possibilities and likely a definitive cause won't be elucidated.

Any reason why brief (1-2 seconds) chest pain simultaneous with a PVC only happens during exercise, not at rest? Does this suggest a cardiac problem?
During the day im fine but when its time for bedtime i get pvcs, anxious and i feel chest discomfort.?
What do PVCS or PACs feel like? it just says skipped beat but not sure what that feels like. I get this sensation where its a thud and my whole chest gets squeezed for a second. It doesnt feel like an extra beat just a big thud with sinus rhythm?
