My random blood sugar test result was 120g/dl my ob told me i have high sugar.is this value too high i'm 20 weeks pregnant & i am always thirsty.

Can check pee: for sugar in it frequently. It is not a normal sugar BUT it has to be > 200 to make a firm diagnosis of diabetes (or have sugar in urine).
