Likely okay: It's likely okay. The tannish brown discharge is old blood. Cramping, as well, can be normal at any stage of pregnancy. In about 2-3 weeks an ultrasound can confirm your pregnancy and its location in the uterus, as well as provide excellent due date for you. Contact your doctor to get that ultrasound done.
