Probably not: As the hormones change the nausea can come and go - some women have issues with it throughout the whole pregnancy. As long as you are otherwise well and the pregnancy is progressing normally according to your GYN then you may just have to deal with the intermittent morning sickness throughout pregnancy. If you are dehydrated from vomiting, see the doctor right away.

No: Sadly, morning sickness can be a common side effect of pregnancy. The fact that it waxes and wanes can be common too. If you're at all worried, make an appt with your doctor to hear baby's heart beat, but sounds likely normal. There are meds your doctor can prescribe, also ginger, sea bands, accupuncture have been shown to help too.
