Baby's Growth: You are awfully early for growth to be a concern right now. Remember, ultrasound does have a degree of error. Having said that, your ob will continue to monitor this. This can certainly change as your pregnancy progresses. Just make sure you are doing all you can like eating right and avoiding smoking, to help with baby's health. Good Luck!

Yes: Either the dates are wrong or the fetus is not growing well. Have regular check ups and Ultrasounds to help sort this out and manage the concern. If the fetus continues to be small an early delivery might be advisable. All the best.
