YES: Could be benign, but regardless of age, I would not take Extreme shortness of breath and pain in chest and upper abdomen lightly.Contact doctor IMMEDIATELY to rule out serious problem such as heart attack or pulmonary embolism.Could also be systemic infection or pneumonia among other things.
