Technique: Should not have pain with proper technique. Could try strapping, could be a wrist problem.

Find out why: Wrist pain during or after exercise can be caused by something simple, such as tendonitis. However, more complex conditions should be ruled out. Consider wearing wrist straps and gloves during exercise. If that doesn't help, see your doctor.
