Why do the right side of my right eye and the right side of my nose hurt?

Lacrimal disorder: These are symptoms of infection and/or obstruction of the lacrimal system on that side of the face and eye. There could be other causes as well. Have you had trauma to that area? Do you have tear overflow from the right eye only? This should be evaluated by your ophthalmologist and if the vision is affected, this should be soon.
