See ur doctor: many causes of pain that you describe including those from belly wall (muscle) or organs below. Pain from such organs as uterus, bladder, appendix and gut are hard to localize - so see ur doctor if persistent. Red flags for more urgent attention include fever, blood, /vomit , jaundice, black stool, and increasing pain.

Hi. I have a sharp pain in my abdominal area on my right side, close to my belly button. It seems to feel worse if I eat or need to urinate. I don't feel any other symptoms like nausea, diarrhea, etc. Just a bit of bloating.
Tugging pain in/near my belly button that comes and goes. Pain is stinging and hurts almost like a tearing feeling. Then it goes away.
