Birth Control: Nordette-21 is a cyclic with control containing estrogen and progesterone. If used for birth control, one should start it on the first day of bleeding of a natural cycle, then take a pill a day. If being used continuous, one can start a new pack as soon as one runs out. Basically start with the first pill and take one each day until its over then go to the next pack.
