What spf sunscreen do you recommend for trips to tropical places with lots of sun?

At least 30: I recommend SPF of at least 30 for daily use for all of my patients. Higher SPF is not necessarily better b/c all sunscreens need to be reapplied at least every 2 hours while in the sun, more often if you're wet. You want to use both physical and chemical sun blocks in the tropics. Enjoy your trip! www.OmahaCosmeticSurgery.com
