Rule out serious prb: While your question suggests an answer like "acupuncture" or "warm bath, " it also begs the question, "how do you know it's not something serious?" i think "ovarian" pain should be checked out by a physician, especially if it is around a long time, getting worse, associated with vaginal bleeding, or a pelvic mass. I would want to make sure "ovary pain" is not a sign of something else.
