Medications: Neurocardiogenic syncope can be treated with medications such a nadolol, Florinef, (fludrocortisone) midodrin. In addition avoiding caffeine, alcohol, drinking plenty of fluids can help. Compression stockings may help as well. Hot environments should be avoided as symptoms can be worsened.
