What causes a systolic murmur with chest pain?

Valve stenosis: Common cause is Aortic Valve stenosis. This is secondary to stiffening of the valves that restricts the blood flow from the heart which causes the heart murmur. This can decrease blood output leading to chest pain as a symptom.
