Depends: It depends on the cause. I would recommend follow up with a urologist. Sometimes it can be kegel exercises, medication, or treated with a procedure. Recommend a full evaluation.

Need to see Doctor: Firstly, rinalysis in case incontinence is due to a urinary infection.Need to consult urologist it wetting isn't due to a UTI. Will include detailed medical history, complete physical examination including genitalia, abdomen, nervous system & digital rectal examination (for prostate).X-rays,Sonogram, Urodynamic studies may be indicated. May respond to medication, Kegel exercises & possibly surgery
