Perhaps: If you spend most of your waking hours hunched over a game controller or computer keyboard, you may not be getting enough exercise to strengthen the muscles that extend the mid back and pull back the shoulder blades. A physical therapist can show you exercises to build up these muscles. A trainer may also help.
