Bilateral jaw pain: This is impossible to answer accurately with out a clinical examination and additional information. There are multiple possiblilities including teeth and gum infections, TMJ dysfunction, trauma, intraoral infection, Nerve pain, problems with wisdom teeth, etc. See your dentist or an oral surgeon for a thorough examination and x-rays.
