Normal findings...: If you've never been pregnant or its been awhile since you were, your uterus can be quite small. Ovaries are sometimes just hard to find. They are small and not in a fixed location so they hide behind bowel gas, stool, or other structures in the pelvis. Small ovaries are hardly ever diseased. Its the enlarged ovaries we tend to worry about and they are easier to see. Best wished!
