Excellent : We pioneered vasovastomy in the 70's. With microscope surgery in capable hands , return of sperm to semen is about 90%. Pregnancy will be dependent on both female and male factors You need to be guided by a good OB. and a good Urologist to get the pregnancy. At 44yo your sperm should be good I wish you well. Check around, Cleveland should have a Urologist who does a lots of vas reversals
