Today my wife had pain on righ hand side for 15-20 mins as my wife is 24 week and 4 days pregnant..is it stretching pain or something else?

24 weeks pregnant: Pain on one side or the other can represent movement of the baby. In a confined space, the growing baby has muscles and can definitely begin to cause discomfort when moving. This can happen more frequently after the mother has a meal (increased glucose in maternal blood stream). See your obstetrician for an ultrasound if it continues.
