What are some foods to help someone who suffers from migraines?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Migraine foods: Bad: Avoid foods with MSG, watch out for this in soup, salad dressing and spices. Watch out for cured meats and cheeses. Good: Consider broccoli, kale, spinach, foods rich in magnesium and vitamins. Carrots, quinoa, and lentils are good too.
