Need more info: Wall motion abnormalities can be due to ischemia vs infiltrative or inflammatory etiologies. The question remains whether your case is related to a prior injury and whether there has been a specific consequence to cardiac function. You should have a discussion with your cardiologist on whether treatment and follow up is recommended. Also review of all your medications including supplements
