Multiple kinds: In general, a biopsy of the swollen lymph gland or suspicious mass/lump has to be done to establish a diagnosis. Then, once diagnosis is made, some staging work up have to be done that at least would include- blood works, imaging study such as pet /ct scan, a bone marrow biopsy, an echocardiogram.
