Here are some ...: Two possibilities: Either you have been able to fend off trich or you're asymptomatic. Remember: Due to individual variation in defense immune ability, some people would not develop symptomatic infection or never get it despite being exposed to it. In other words, exposure to infectious agent doesn't mean contracting it, and contracting it doesn't necessarily mean going to develop symptoms.

Trichomoniasis: Agree with Dr. Lin. Another thought - Only about 30 % of cases are symptomatic. When tested via a urine sample – it should be a 1st void sample – the first 20 to 30 mm of urine of initial stream should be used. The person should not have urinated for at least an hour prior. Most STD screens don’t include Trichomoniasis.
