It is possible: Food allergies can have symptoms of abdominal pain but also frequently have itching, hives and diarrhea. Shrimp is a crustacean while salmon is a finned fish with no cross reactivity between the two. A board certified allergist can perform testing with challenge to confirm or rule out an allergy to both of these.
