No: The problem with smoking is an increased risk of oral cancer and gum disease. Alcohol containing mouthwashes can also increase the risk of oral cancer, but not gum disease. The mouthwash only serves to mask the odor of smoking, it does not remove the harmful effects of smoking.

No: Rinsing off with a mouthwash after smoking a cigarette can not help improve oral health. For optimal oral health, overall health and huge savings throw out those cigarettes. Smoking is not seen as 'cool' any more.
