Probably not: Back of the head pain with neck pain associated with no other symptoms is usually due to a neck vertebra that's 'out of whack'.Could also be due to an inflamed nerve or swollen lymph node.A good history & physical exam, incl. osteopathic hands-on exam should find the cause.Manipulation may resolve it.If other test/treatment is necessary, your dr. should be able to determine that.
