It's vital 2 understand what anxiety is, how it ticks & what specific things can help if anxiety starts interfering w/ ability 2function & w ability 2 form/keep relationships. ANXIETY: 1st have a physical exam by a Dr. to determine if she has a physical illness. Please consult with a Clinical Psychologist for psychotherapy to help her with ZOOM.com sessions & a Psychiatrist for medication. Her fears and anxiety could be heightened because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Help her stay safe, cautious & hold on to hopefulness to elevate her immune system.
