No: Not clear what you mean by "predisposed" but since cervical cancer takes years to develop from normal to precancer to cancer, if you don't have it now you won't before your reproductive window is closed due to age. It is harder to get pregnant as you age and at 50 you would probably need some medical help to get and keep a pregnancy. Unless you are asking for someone else.
