Skinny at 49: if youre 49 and want to gain weight- you want to gain muscle. to do this you need to do some resistance training of your arms and preferably your legs- since that's where your muscles are the largest. Eat about 2 grams of protein for every pound you weigh and remember- to gain weight- muscle is more dense than fat- you need to challenge your muscles- good luck
