This usually occurs-: -at the rib-cartilage junction or the sternum. 2 weeks is not very long.use heat NSAIDS if able & avoid things that aggravate it. If if does not get better see a chest surgeon who may inject it. Severe cases need excision off the Costro-chondral junction tho rare.
