I have a testicular lump. after my ultrasound, i was told i was all good. what could the lump be then?

What: did they tell you the lump was? There are a number of causes of benign lumps....spermatoceles, epididymal cysts, varicocele, granuloma, and others. No way to tell based on limited information.
