In the US there: Are blood banking standards for the frequency of donation. We also have technology for 2unit donations in selected circumstances. Check with your blood center.

In general, for whole blood donation, the US guidelines are not more often than every 56 days, or twice that for "double red" (2-unit) donations at 112 days--which can be more convenient for busy donors, since it is only once a quarter. Blood component donors (plasma/platelet/etc.) can be much more frequent, and timing needs addressed by your local center.
