Stop worrying: This may be a little atherosclerotic aneurysm or a real epithelial cyst or calyceal diverticulum that's undergone dystrophic calcification. Unless the radiologist has expressed concern, I'd forget about it. Cancers arise from situations in which there's honest-to-goodness genetic damage and/or massive cell turnover. Neither's happening in a calcified cyst.
