Aspiration: When you force yourself to vomit, the vomitus can be accidentally aspirated (breathed in) at any time. This could give you an aspiration pneumonia, which can be difficult to treat. Just another reason not to purge.

See your PCP: The question is not clear but if i understand right, you are not moving your bowels more than once a week which would make you constipated. See your pcp, there is excellent help for constipation.
