Yes, but...: Yes, you certainly can take both, and many patients do. Keep in mind that many calcium supplements act as antacids, which reduce the stomach's acidity, and some antidepressants need stomach acidity to be absorbed. The net effect can be that the antidepressant doesn't work or doesn't work as well. Talk to your treating physician as to how to manage this.
