Light menses: Light bleeding when you are used to "heavy and six days" accompanied by nausea and spotting can indicate pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG pregnancy test (quantitative) and a U/S to make sure that if you are pregnant, it is not in the tube but in the uterus. Ectopic pregnancy can cause bleeding as well as the symptoms you describe.
