Remeron/mirtazapine: Common side effects, especially at lower doses, include sedation and increased appetite with potential for weight gain; dry mouth; changes in sexual function, dizziness, nausea, confusion, weakness, abnormal dreams.

Remeron (mirtazapine): Common are dry mouth, constipation, increase appetite & sleep. Less common are headaches & upset stomach. Rare are agitation, confusion, hair loss, blood changes, rashes, liver abnormalities, & suicidal behaviors.
